These limits are based on your subscription plan. Attempting to exceed these limits may result in temporary service restrictions.
7. Fair Use and Excess Usage Billing
7.1 Fair Use Expectation
Your subscription plan is intended for use consistent with the typical usage patterns of similarly sized organizations. Usage that significantly exceeds these norms — whether in API call volume, data storage, employee records, or compute-intensive operations — is considered excessive use.
7.2 Excess Usage Charges
If your usage materially and consistently exceeds the limits of your subscription plan, we reserve the right to:
- Notify you that your usage has exceeded fair use thresholds
- Require you to upgrade to an appropriate subscription plan
- Charge excess usage fees at the rates set out in your subscription agreement or as otherwise communicated to you in writing with at least 14 days' notice
We will always notify you before applying excess usage charges and give you an opportunity to reduce your usage or upgrade your plan.
7.3 Monitoring
We monitor usage levels to ensure the stability and performance of the Service for all customers. Usage data collected for this purpose is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at:

We may take these actions without prior notice if we believe immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
